Who doesn’t love Disneyland freebies!
Disneyland freebies save money and give you some fun things to remember your Disneyland trip! Getting freebies are fun, but why not make it into something even better and more remember. It is also a great way to save a bit of money, but feel you come out ahead!
Even better, make it a game… a scavenger’s hunt! Here is a list of things you can get for free at Disneyland. So, can you get all the freebies? Let us know in the comments below.
Freebie Water! Stay hydrated all day. There is nothing more refreshing than water. You can get water at quick service restaurant. Just ask for a cup, and you can drink all the ice cold water you want!
Get your Disneyland freebie button! You can get a variety of buttons at City Hall or the Guest Services in California Adventure. You can get birthday buttons (which at times can get you something special, like a cookie or cupcake at the shops) a first-time visit button, anniversary or a special event/occasion button. Many of the character dining options will have buttons as well as. Wearing a button with a birthday or special vent WILL get you notices as well! Cast members, as well as other Disney guests, will see it a wish you a great day!
Yummy Disney Recipes! During your visit, you may have something that you just go, “Wow, that was amazing!” Well, you can go to City Hall and ask for that recipe! (In the comments below, let us know what recipe you would ask for!)
Disneyland Freebie Stickers! You can get stickers for your little ones! Those people that stop you at the gate to ask a question or two? They usually have stickers andwill give one to your little ones. But others have stickers as well. If you ask a cast member, they should be able to put you on the right path to get a sticker or two!
Ride Photos! Buzz Lightyear Astroblasters will email you the photo that was taken in the ride. As for all the other rides that take pictures of you, just take a picture of the photo! Disneyland doesn’t mind! Some of the rides that snap photos of you are Splash Mountain, Space Mountain, Guardians of the Galaxy – Mission Breakout, Radiator Springs Racers, and Incredicoaster.
If you have a Disney debit or credit card, you can get any of the photos taken from the Photo Pass for free.
Jungle Cruise Map! This map is great to take home as a souvenir. They do tend to run out, so make this an early in the day request. Just ask one of the cast members that work on the Jungle Cruise.
Free snacks! Over in the California Adventure, you can get a free chocolate square from Ghirardelli. The sample chocolate does change over the year, which one will you get on your next visit? Then you can pop on over to Boudin Bakery and take a tour, and this will get you a free sample of fresh sourdough bread! Yum!
Birthday Desserts! Ok, this you do have to have a birthday and does need to be at a sit-down restaurant, but when you are making your reservation, make sure to mention you are celebrating a birthday.
First Aid! This one is AWESOME if you have a headache but forgot some Advil or Tylenol, they also provide a place to pump breast milk, if you aren’t feeling well and need to lay down, there is a place and will be a blessing if you have a mild medical need. If it is more than mild, they can give you a list of local doctors and hospitals and get an ambulance if needed. Hopefully, this is one Disneyland freebie you won’t need!
